My Children ages 7 and 9 had their teeth cleaned and two cavities filled each. Both of my children's filling fell out shortly after having them fixed. I made an appointment to have them fixed by Dr. Thomas and I was told that I would have to pay again because they still had cavities...This information was perplexing because I had already paid for the problem to be fixed. However, my children were going out of town. So, it was necessary to get it done. Dr. Thomas patched my daughter's two teeth up with a temporary filling and charged me $280.00 for the patch job. I was so disappointed and wasn't prepared to be charged again...thus, Dr. Thomas sent my account to collections and had my wages garnished. I feel an in justice because I had already paid for a procedure that should have lasted longer then two months and had to pay again for a patch job. I would understand if only one child's filling fell out but both seems a bit like something may have been done incorrectly on the behave of Dr. Thomas. Furthermore, I was to have a tooth removed that he couldn't successfully remove because the local anesthetic wore off and i could feel the drill thus, leaving me with a hole in my tooth and causing me to seek other care to complete the job
About Hygienist: Review continued for Dr. Thomas...When I called to inform the office that the fillings fell out I was told that there wouldn't be an additional fee because the fillings should not have fallen out and would be replaced. Upon showing up for the appointment I was informed that I would have to pay additional monies for the procedure.

Dr. Thomas is very personable and polite -- puts you completely at ease. He does the job correctly the first time. I've had no problems with insurance.
About Hygienist: Nancy has been with Dr. T for many years. She is an excellent hygienist and very thorough. When she finishes cleaning your teeth, you vow never to eat again because they feel so wonderfully clean.

I can say only good things about my experience with Dr. Thomas. He is very professional and eased any anxieties I might of had about going to the dentist. Excellent dentist and a very nice guy.
