I had some cosmetic work done by Dr. Smith and i've gotten nothing but compliments on my smile. She is so professional, competent and caring.

What a wonderful experience! In an age of doctors being rushed, she is not rushed. She is patient and kind, and takes time to explain things. She has a calming demeanor and answered all my questions. She did not push or force any treatment plan on me and let me decide for myself though she did say which one has the best success. You can tell she is up to date. She talked about info she learned from a course this year that pertained to my problems. It is evident she takes pride in her work, shows concern for her patients, and wants to do what is best for her patients. I call this the utmost in professional ethics. I would recommend her to any one in my family or to my friends. I heard she won an award from some academy on her dental work.

Dr. Smith provides extremely caring, professional service. Her attention to detail and focus on making me comfortable as a nervous patient are the best that I have encountered, which is why I return to her for care, even from a distance. I trust her skills and have confidence that she is absolutely up to date with equipment and techniques. I appreciate her timely focus on preventative treatment, especially with some of my older restorations, but in the one emergency with a cracked tooth, she worked quickly and painlessly to repair the damage without having to completely rebuild the tooth. I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. I highly recommend her!

Best dentist! Dr. Smith set my fears of dentistry aside from the moment I stepped into her office. Dr. Smith and her team are friendly and focused -- they all won my trust. The place was so patient-focused and clean, I could have dropped my lunch on the floor, picked it up and eaten it! I no longer fear going to the dentist, thanks to Dr. Smith. She was generous with her time and ideas as is evidenced by her long list of accomplishments, awards and volunteer activism as a dentist on the cutting edge of her profession. Everytime I had a routine appointment, I was greeted promptly and attended to right away. Paperwork & billing was always uncomplicated and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Helaine Smith to anyone, especially those who have a fear of going to the dentist!

AVOID this dentist at all costs. GOOGLE HER. She left Massachusetts due to violating standard "infection control " procedures by the Dept of Health. And ALSO was disciplined for doing Botox without the supervision of an oral surgeon or MD, now she jumps states and wants to practice in Pound Ridge , NY? BEWARE! WE HAVE ENOUGH UNETHICAL DENTISTS.

Dr. Smith is a highly ethical dentist, does a lot of work to help less fortunate people not only in the area, but in the world.She
was the one dentist who would take me in an emergency during a holiday no less!She is excellent at her craft and does a great job with kids as well (without being overly aggressive as I've seen with some other dentists)
