I have known DR. Saydeh for many years. He has been my dentist for many years. He does a great job and really cares about his patients. I have sent him a few patients, and they all rave about his great work and manners. He has a trained opera voice. Ask him to sing for you!
About Hygienist: His hygienist is Betty, who is the best. She is gentle, yet very thorough.

I like Dr. Saydeh a lot. He is very nice and gets right to the point. He typically walks in, takes a look, does 2 minutes of scraping and thanks me for coming. The only issue I have is the hygenist. She can be a bit rude on some days but she still does a good job cleaning.
The best part is that they typically see you just a few minutes past your appointment time. This is a great plus for any doctor.

Facilities are somewhat older. When I went during the summer, the air conditioning was out and it was blazing hot. Also don't like the way the local anesthetic (Novacaine) was applied, which was a little too harsh, and left the inside of my cheek rather sore; more so than a couple of other dentists that I've had.
On the plus side, Dr. Saydeh is very personable and straight -to-the-point.
