Don't be fooled by a phony!! I was a patient for over six years until one day I was owed money by this dentist due to a billing error made in the office. I had to call the office several times throughout a few months' duration because every time I called, an office worker gave me a new story. One said my check was in the mail and if I did not receive it by the following week to call back. I called back. The next person said I was not showing in the system, and to call back. I called back. The next person said I should have already received the check, and to call back, so I called back. After getting nowhere for over two months, and not receiving my refund, I contacted Dr. Andrea Folatko directly. To my complete and still utter shock, Andrea called me at work screaming at me SO LOUD, I had to hold the phone away from my ear, accusing me of lying, accusing me of harassing her staff, accusing me of falsifying information, accusing me of receiving the check that was never mailed and cashing it, telling me she would call her bank to verify I did not cash it, telling me "how dare [I] call [her] staff incompetent," which I NEVER said!! The most psychotic experience EVER!!! Calling a patient names and screaming over $50.00 that was MINE!!

Dr. Folatko is very friendly and professional. She provides excellent dental care. I am very impressed with her services.

The facitity didn't look all that phenomenal to me but Andrea is very nice and caring (and good looking too!). She made me feel relaxed - something I usually have problem with during my dentist visits. Plus flexible office hours... good experience overall.
