I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about. I went in because my wisdom teeth were bothering me. I have had a couple friends recommend this office to me because of how good Dr Joshi is at extractions. The whole visit including time to get numb and removing all 4 wisdom teeth was less than 45 minutes. She did them crazy fast and it was completely painless. The fee was less than half of what the oral surgeon was going to charge. It also turns out she was trained as an oral surgeon in India, so I knew I was in good hands. I barely had any soreness afterwards. She did so well that I ended up going back to get a full exam done. Turns out I had a couple cavities. I went back and got them all done in one day. Everything was completely painless again. I will definitely be returning for routine care. The office itself was also clean and modern looking.

I have 3 children that have been going to Dr. Joshi. They are very gental and caring. The office is not much, kind of a hole in the wall type office.

The exams were cursory - my daughter's exam including x-rays and "cleaning" took approximately 15 minutes. Insurance was billed for "general information" $35, which couldn't be explained and was denied. My husband's bridgework wasn't done correctly and rubbed until we consulted another dentist.
This was the worst dental experience we ever had.

Upon arriving at the dental office, we were charged a large up front fee for each of our family members, even though we have comprehensive dental coverage. Dr. Joshi tried to charge us for Oral Hygiene Instruction (how to clean your teeth, I guess) and other bogus charges, which the insurance, of course, denied. They wound up (after fighting with them for 6 months) refunding us almost $400 which we had paid out of pocket after insurance paid the claim.
Each family member was in and out, including x-rays, cleaning and exam within, 15 minutes. The process was anything but thorough. My husband had to get a crown put in and had to wait for almost two months before the proper materials arrived. He did go through with it, but had to have it repaired at another dentist within 6 months. Should have known better, I guess.
They do "down and dirty" work - quick and cheap, but not good.
