This guy billed me for treatments I had never once received in my time of going to him. Not only that when I called the insurance company they told me codes were used that weren't supposed to have been I stopped going to his office about three months ago, yet was billed a a large fee. Seek another dentist, save your time and your money.

dr. dr. kijanka is a wonderful, caring. dr. he trys to help you in any way he can.. but his account of what is being charged to patients is something he does not what to hear! even if the insurance company is on your side! he has too much caring for trust in his billing staff! please ask your insurance co. aboutthe codes your charged... im afraid his business is going to hurt, if he does not believe his patients and the insurance company.........

Haven't been to the dentist for a while and I am glad I went to Dr. Kisangani. He is the best dentist I have been to. I greatly recommend anyone to go to his office

Over prescribed crown! $$$$$ This is the crown king. Need your teeth cleaned? You need a crown. This is how a unethical dentist makes their money. He has his dental assistant Jeff, finish the job who may or may not be licensed to finish the job so he can plow threw his day and on the his next victim.

Another stellar appointment. I feel very taken care of by Dr. Gary Kijanka and his staff. Highly recommended. Awesome - you're totally in good hands here!

Office staff is the WORST. The girl who handles billing has messed our bill up several times, and is surly and rude. Last two cleanings, Dr. didn't even come in to check my teeth. After being billed incorrectly yet again, we have decided to go elsewhere.

About Front Desk: If I could give less than one star, I would. Abyssmal. And when I tried to address things with the office manager, in a polite way, she just looked baffled and said, "oh well!"

About Hygienist: The hygenists at this practice are great, which is a shame, since the Dr. and staff aren't.

Great Dr. I can't recomend any better detist he is great all times at the tiem of explaining the treatment and staff very helpfull exlaining all the cost and befits that are available to me

He did a crown which was successful. His office added a $10 charge to every visit to cover "overhead", which I felt was very nervy and my insurance company said he wasn't allowed. When I asked for a refund for 3 or 4 visits that i was charged an extra $10 for, it took weeks for them to do the paperwork and then they sent me a bunch of calculations saying that I had zero credit, which wasn't true because I paid in full every visit. He made a tiny night guard for my bottom front teeth which were badly misaligned and I wore it for two years until I lost it. Two other dentists told me that the night guard was a TEMPORARY measure and may have made the misalignment of my bite worse. He never told me that it was only temporary. I had dental insurance and the prices the office manager quoted me for crowns for my implants was more than the insurance amount allowed, and as a participant, he had agreed to accept Aetna's rates. The staff and dentist were always very nice and the office was pretty and very clean, but we went back and forth with the prices on the work I needed until I finally went to someone else. I felt the office was very dshonest with some of their fees.

About Hygienist: My crown fell out after her vigorous cleaning and the dentist said he couldn't put it back in and wanted to charge me for a new one.

I went to two dentists before settling with Dr. Kijanka. I went from having to spend $1800. on my families teeth to $360. Dr. Kijanka is thorough yet honest. He makes the kids feel comfortable as well as myself.
