I saw the dentist when he was in University Dental. Later this place is closed. I just wanted cleaning and regular exam. I had very little pain in one tooth. Receptionist told me that they may do antibiotic procedure and it is not covered by insurance. I should have just walk away. How can a receptionist know the procedure before doctor examines. They did that and I paid around 300 extra. Later after a week I had severe tooth pain and lost a tooth. They do unnecessary things to get extra money. Stay away from here.

I had 3 crowns done. the dental assistant did the molding and the temporary ones until the originals come back. i feel that the doctor should of did the whole job but he let his dental asst. finish up the job. well, i've had to go back twice because the tempts keeps coming off. the third trip will be on wednesday to adjust the tempt once again to keep them from coming off. well the staff including the doctor was rude when i had to explain to him about all the unneccesary trip to his office because he an inexperience assistant that doesn't know what she is doing. i will be glad when this is complete. i will seek another dentist that has compassion for his customers and not a you ought to be thankful i did the dental work for you. he is getting paid good for the lously service. no , i would not recommend this office period.

had to replace most of the fillings done by dr. needham 1 year later because there were gaps between fillings and the teeth causing decay underneath. he did not anesthetize my lower jaw properly and i could feel all the drilling.

Although treatment was a success, it took several tries to get the crowns (about 5 times), each time had to wait 1-2 hours. The doctor was working on several patients at once. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

He was great. Nice friendly guy. He seems very knowledgeable and was considerate regarding my concerns. He came from UCSF which I hear is a very good dental school.
The procedure I had with him was less painful and he put my mind at ease.

poor cleaning experience! worst ever in my life. didn't clean all my teeth, just a selected few. i felt like i was cattle being sent through the chute. then told me i needed a bunch of fillings. i left because i was afraid they would do a good job. i would rather get fillings at a good dentist if i even need them!
