I read a past review that is a lie. The reviewer mentioned the high turnover rate of hygienists so I asked. They have 2 hygienists, one has been there since 2001 and the other since 2008. Both are fun, thorough and gentle. I think Dr. Rasi is a great dentist- not an okay dentist as the past review said and the staff does all they can to accomodate their clients and make them feel special. Somebody nasty must have had a bone to pick to leave such an outrageously negative review! Look at their website (gabriellerasi.com) for the true reviews by verified clients.

About Hygienist: Valerie-there since 2001, gentle & thorough. Also explains things well so I can understand the reasons why things happen to my teeth. Ginger, there since 2008, also gentle & thorough in my opinion. Has a quick witted personality that comes off sarcastic at times, she's alot of fun to talk to if you understand that type of sense of humor- personally I LOVE it! Both hygienists are particular about sterilization and keeping up with current knowledge. They told me all the classes they continually take to stay on top of the all the new dental stuff, both with the rest of the staff and without. They also give me wonderful tips and tricks to help with my perio disease.

I've always been happy with my treatment from Dr. Gabrielle Rasi. They are fair and thorough. Their hygienists do a very thorough job. My family goes there - they treat young children too! I've recommended several family members - I can't say enough good things about them and the treatment provided by Dr. Rasi. Very gentle, love the relaxing spa feeling!

Dr. Rasi is an okay dentist; however, her office staff (the receptionist in particular) is very unprofessional! She is rude and very sarcastic. She will smile as though she is giving you good service but can be very condescending. Dr. Rasi has a high turn-over in dental hygienists. Over the past few years she has changed them often. My teeth were cleaned by a very rude woman that literally scraped the enamel off my teeth. It was a very painful experience! Also, the whole 'spa treatment' is a farce!!! She also has two big smelly dogs in her office which the dental board would deem as unsanitary.

About Hygienist: One terrible hygienist from that office. Rude and unwilling to help the patient to be comfortable. When I complained to the receptionist she would not listen to my issue with the hygienist.

Dr. Rasi is a wonderful caring dentist who has a disarming personality that makes her patients feel at easy in her office. She is a professional with a great staff with outstanding services. I would recommend her to anyone for great dental care.
