Really insensitive and not willing to work with patients. Seems nice at first (during initial meeting) but never got to know our kid. Seems really nice to white people and heard he is willing to work with them.....just don't be Hispanic. We were going through a hard time and fell behind a few a payments. We asked to speak with him and his staff refused to allow us to talk to him. We were told not to come in until we could catch up...and then suspended from the practice for not coming in. They continued to bill my insurance but refused service. Real shady. Acts like he cares but of course, its all about the money.

Dr Stasi is awesome--great personality, matter of fact, does good work. The technicians are also friendly and help with relaxation. If you could see him without dealing with the office and billing staff it would be great. However, the office staff is horrible. Billing errors, different people tell different stories. These people are mean. I have heard them loudly berate a non-english speaking family in front of a waiting room full of people. They insult people and are very rude, talking about payment and insurance in front of other patients. One staffer even insulted my husband for having inferior dental insurance (hey, we take what they offer at work) If you ever have to change insurance FORGET it. If you don't need to use insurance and will pay cash every month Dr. Stasi is who you want. If you have to deal with insurance do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
