I was charged for a ' same day crown' that ended up taking 2 weeks to arrive as the front desk lady, no formal dental education, messed up on fitting my crown. And now the dental floss always gets stuck in that area.
Plus, they give you a full cosmetic dentistry consultation that wasn't even requested, simply trying to sell more. And Dr Martini boasts her MBA which is from a solely Internet school. Would prefer a dentist who uses trained professionals as assistants, not office staff.
I would have preferred they discuss what i came for : denial health.
Unless you want a substandard dentist whose main goal is to upsell upsell upsell, and you don't mind receptionist working on your teeth, don't go here. No thanks on a receptionist fitting my crown
About Front Desk: Horrible, pushy
About Hygienist: Not good since focused on upsell not hygiene. And she has receptionist with no dental schooling doing hygienist work.

Dr. Martini and her staff are the best. Period. I have a long term phobia about dentistry that she was able to overcome within a few visits. Sedation dentistry is the reason why.I first came to her because she offered it, as do many others, and I keep going back partly because it works so well, but equally or more so because she's such a great person and has such a superior staff. I've had implants, extractions, major work on short notice, etc. etc., and she's never let me down. Very highly recommended.
About Hygienist: Best staff in general I've ever encountered in a dentist's office.

She is great - I don't mind having a dentist appointment at all. Her office is nice and clean and relaxing. She even provides a warm neck wrap, so you will think you are at a spa.

When I first came to Dr. Martini, my teeth had some serious problems, I needed 2 root canals, I was in alot of pain, and was terrified of the procedure. Not only were the procedures nearly painless, but the crowns that she fitted me with feel like my own teeth and are cosmetically perfect. I still can't tell them from my originals. After talking with her just once, you can tell that she is an expert and really knows exactly how no diagnose and treat your dental problems. That really gives me peace of mind, knowing that my teeth are taken care of by a consummate professional, and that the work done is done right, and I won't have to worry about coming back again for more and more work.
Later, Dr. Martini put me on a treatment plan to fix all the problem s in my teeth, which I am really glad I followed through with, because, now thanks to her expert care, I can finally just maintain and prevent future damage. Dr. Martini, really has your best interest at heart, and I have come to trust her judgement regarding my dental health, implicitly.
Dr. Martini is an exceptional dentist who is remarkably dedicated to her work. Her passion for excellence shows in the quality of her work, and rubs off on every one around her.

I attended Dr. Martini's clinic recently and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Martini is a very knowledgeable, caring and sensitive doctor, willing to take extra step for patient's care. Clinic is the state of the art dentist office, that made me feel like I am resting in a spa, rather than having procedures at dentist office.
They have the newest techniques and equipmets, Dr. Martini's staff is very nice and caring, providing excellent patient care. They put me at ease, I not fell any pain, and they did the work quickly. Dr. Martini diagnosed me with grinding teeth problem and recommended to wear nightguard.
Since I started to use nightguard, my chronic headaches were gone, that I was suffering for many years.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Martini, she will be the only dentist you will be going to for the rest of your life.

Wonderful and kind dental office. I felt respected in her office and they worked well with my teenage daughter as well. The hygienists were polite and friendly. Procedures were explained thoroughly and information was given to me so I may read up on other things I could do to keep my teeth clean.

I loved Dr. Martini, and her team. The initial consultation was far more in depth then any dentist that I have ever visited before. We went through everything i hoped to acheive through my visit, and then she went tooth by tooth and discussed the condition each was in and why, whether it be nighttime grinding or other stresses. The office itself is very high tech, and clean and the team is extremely friendly.I have never had to wait more then five minutes in the waiting room. I have been to see them on three seperate occasions, and each time I felt no pain and had extremely sucessfull results...even saving me from a root canal!
I was never pressured to bleach my teach, or anything else...but then my teeth are in pretty good shape. I even recommended them to my boyfriend, who is skeptical of doctors in general, and he was impressed.
