Orthodontic treatment of child took years too long. Take your child (or yourself) to anyone else where patience will not have to be such a virtue. Braces on teeth for years is bad for white spots and root health.

My kids had braces put on here with the older Allen. He did not wear gloves . Parents were not allowed Ever in the back room, but my kids told me this.
Weird. What'd to change orthos. Lost a lot of money. He realllly messed up my kids teeth.

Poor communication with patients.
They do not speak with parents unless requested. I would not recommend.

My teeth were in worse shape than before I started the day I finally walked out of his office frustrated and out thousands of dollars. During my treatment, people who knew me before braces would ask why my teeth were bucking out (weren't really beforehand) and so much more crooked than they were before, especially since I had been in braces 4 years. I found an orthodontist to repair his awful work and today I can say my mouth looks great. All I can say is " Buyer Beware".

For starters, a dental office just doesn't cut the mustard without a pleasant, helpful office staff and dental assistants. I'm writing about father and son who are very specialized in orthodontics. The extremely pleasant office staff make for a great "brace" experience. My daughter, and her 2 cousins have seen both father and son and we've been pleased. Note: I gave a 3 on cost..only b/c my health insurance isn't the best, but they are worth every penny! Thanks much!
Keep up the good work even though we've missed some appointments ...oops!

Dr's Mike and Mark Allen are currently treating my son, have treated my neice and also several of my friends children. Everyone I know that has used these doctors has been very happy with their results, including myself.
My son has several permanent teeth that will never erupt, and I feel very confident that the combined knowledge and experience of Dr. Mike and Dr. Mark will result in successful orthodontic treatment.
I did not have any insurance to help pay for his braces, but other than some reasonable upfront costs for diagnostics, the monthly payments are not any more than those commercials you see for the franchise type orthodontic offices. I much prefer the personal services of this private practice and would recommend Dr.'s Allen & Allen very highly.
