The work that Dr. Bhanji did was fine but dealing with her admin staff was a terrible customer service experience. We also were not pleased at the way co-pays and insurance billings were handled. Make sure that your health plan is one of the few that they accept... otherwise you'll be left paying cash and have to handle the insurance reconciliation yourself.

Our kids enjoyed going to see Dr. Bhanji,
but I wanted more explanation and rationale for her treatment decisions.

We have been seeing Dr. Bhanji for three years, and have followed her to her new practice in the Northgate area. Located on the NW coner of Northgate and Meridian and custom built, it's a great office for our family. Beautiful colors and multi-lingual games entertain the kids.
The assistant's and Dr. Bhanji's gentle but firm attitudes are perfect for children's dentistry. The front office is helpful in all maters, from insurances to treatment costs, and always thorough. The Best Pediatric Dentist in Seattle!

My daughter is a tough kid and was very anxious about seeing the dentist. Dr Bhanji worked wonders with her. She put her at ease and was able to get work completed that other dentists could not do. We had a wonderful experience with her office.

She has skills and by far is the best kids dentist. The procedures went well. Dr. Bhanji's staff are very accommodating and made my son feel at home. They do excellent dentistry, and explained all the procedures during our visit. The staff who run the front desk are outstanding. Omar, the office manager, over the phone is very helpful and not to mention after our visit I have to say he is quite handsome! Dr. Bhanji and her staff will take care of you and your children. We had a fantastic experience!

We took our son to see Dr. Bhanji because several friends recommended that she worked well with children with disabilities. Although my son is not disabled, he had a terrible gag reflex and had many oral fear issues.
Before we arrived, my son was very frightened. But the staff patiently worked with my son at his comfort level and put him at ease. Now he looks forward to all of his dental visits!
We have taken our children to other dentists in the past, but Dr. Bhanji is by far the best; and the ONLY dentist we will take our children to! She is highly knowledgeable in pediatrics.
We highly recommend Dr. Bhanji and feel she is the best dentist in the region!
