Terrible customer service. Terrible wait times. Terrible scheduling. Terrible results. After wearing braces for multiple years, Dr. Flanary removed them and my new permanent retainer was damaged..to which I was told that a new one would not be necessary because that tooth wouldn't move anyways. Well, two years later I have a gap in my teeth and just waited 2 hours in Dr. Flanary's office without ever being treated. I was rescheduled without any apology. Do not use Dr. Flanary.

Definitely would not recommend for the sole reason that there are other more mentally healthy people who can do braces. Theres something wrong with this woman's mind. You'd have to be able to tolerate her narcissism for the year or two you'd be seeing her on a regular basis. Don't expect normalcy. I got to the point where I would just ask the assistants any questions I had bc they were more capable of giving a sane response. Not good. If she makes a mistake don't expect her to take responsibility. Don't expect to have a say in the process. She's inflexible and extremely self absorbed. Bottom line -- shop around. There are other places to go than here.

Dr. Flanary and her staff are COMPLETELY amazing! They treat me like a queen. I have been to MANY orthodontists and NO ONE even comes close to what she knows, how she conducts her business and how AMAZINGLY well her office works. I HIGHLY recommend her and her staff to anyone! You WILL NOT find anyone better anywhere in the world-(and I should know since I have visited a great deal of the world looking for a competent orthodontist!

So far things are great. I am seeing a difference in just 3 months. My braces were put on in Dec. and my bottom teeth are already straight. I have had problems keeping the brackets on my teeth and the staff have shown nothing but patience and work hard to fit me right in when I need it.
