Great kids dentist. All my children loved him. Dr. Goyal was caring and explained the treatment in words I could understand. I will recommend him to all my friends.

My children love coming to see Dr.Goyal. He is very friendly and explains the treatment well. However, the staff is unfriendly and disorganized.

Friendly dentist. Dr. Goyal explained the treatment and was pleased. He showed me the areas of decay on the x-rays and where we needed to floss better. My experience was great and have recommend Dr. goyal to my family and friends.

I took my 3 year old (very nervous) daughter for her first dental experience to Dr. Goyal. It was awful!! I chose a pediatric dentist assuming that he/she would have a good bed-side manner with kids - no, quite the opposite. When my daughter got upset and refused to open her mouth for him, he first asked me to leave (although I just stood around the corner so I could hear what was going on) and then he told her to get up and stand in the corner until she could stop crying - what a disaster!! Needless to say - I will never go back and certainly would not reccomend this practice to any other families.

I would never use IMAGIX Dental again nor recommend them to a friend or relative. They have rude office help and a very inaccurate accounting process. They charge for things other dentists don't. They charge you x-ray duplication fees of at least $25 that most dentist don't charge. They told a family member that they needed dental work that was determined unnecessary by another dentist. They charge for work not completed.
