Avoid like the plague. Here is my experience and opinion.
You want a dentist that is capable of lying and covering his ass, takes your money but when he f*&ks up denies any responsibility, talks about the vacation he will take off all the money he makes off you while you are only partially under sedation and thinks you don't hear it. Then this is the dentist for you. He screwed me when his shoddy work and cost cutting "techniques" caused serious and life threatening infection, that could have been fixed but cya dentist man refused to help. I should have sued his slimy ass in the 3 year time frame but I didn't know better so the best I can do is hope I save someone else the harm he has done to me.
About Front Desk: Staff was friendly and courteous and efficient. Perala, bad man making a sh*&t ton of money I assume from harming others as he harmed me.. Maybe he has changed but I would never allow anyone I cared about to go near him.

I made an appointment with Dr. Perala when my regular dentist, whom I love, was not available. I arrived on time for my appointment, waited for 30 minutes and then was told that Dr. Perala has just called and was only just then leaving his home and that it would be at least another 25 minutes before he was in. The hygenist told me that he's chronically late. I rescheduled my appointment with my regular dentist and will never schedule another appointment with Dr. Perala

He is great and one of the best in his field. I wold refer anyone to him. He has done several implants on me and they have all been great. I'm very pleased with his work and his pleasant manners when I'm there. I'm usually very fearful and he helps assure me that I will be fine. I highly recommend him.

Extremely impersonal. Never even looked in my mouth, just red erays, then presented a plan for over $2000 worth of work and extreme procedures. Felt like I was part of an assembly line, very little human to human contact.

Thanks to Dr. Perala my left side of my mouth is completly numb and I cannot eat on that side either. During a simple procedure of removing my wisdom teeth I was informed he had to move nerve to my tounge and it would be numb for a little bit. Well 5 years later nothing has changed. I always felt that he was a nice doctor. I have not been to a dentist in a while because I am scared that something that they will do will make the right side of my mouth numb as well.

Dennis Perala is a very easy to get along with guy. Smart as a whip and excellent chair side manners with a great ability to listen to the patient without patronizing attitude. He will go the extra mile to help out a patient. I think he does a good job as an individual but is rushed to do too many appts at a time and therefore makes some mistakes because his employer puts too much emphasis on quantity rather than quality. I would highly recomend Dr Perala for basic dental procedures. Wendel family dentistry has some dentists I think are really borderline on thier patient care as far as thier ability and professionalism.. Another problem with this clinic is that they treat the bussiness like a fast food resturant, get em in and out as fast as possible. But if you must go to this clinic, request Perala, he's by far the best they have overall.
