Read Reviews for Dr. Mehdi Yousefi
I got two implants done at Yousefi Washington Clinic. Dr. yousefi himself does not perform the implants. Dr. Ali Ziad who is an oral surgeon placed the surgical implants , and Dr. Noohi who is a prosthodonist did my crown. The fact that i could have all my treatment done in one place was the best part. I had been to places that only did the surgical placement or only would do the crown. All in all i had a great experience.

I liked Mehdi Yousefi but did not particularly care for his associates at the practice. Unfortunately, it appears that he is reducing his hours -- when I last checked he was only seeing patients Thursday mornings -- to the point that I needed to find another dentist. I had a crown put over a tooth that had a root canal 20 or so years ago. I was happy with the results.

Dr. Hairi is my dentist and I've grown to trust and admire her professionalism. I would rate her as excellent and recommend her to everyone.
About Hygienist: Very professional and coureous.

I recently moved to the area and found the Yousefi Clinic on my health plan providers website. I should have asked around because some people in my office had similarly awful experiences with them. I had four fillings done over the span of two hours, however, they sat me in a chair with a broken drill and didn't have the correct filling for my front teeth. The dentist seemed new and didn't know where anything was. I had no tooth pain (these weren't large cavities) before they "fixed" my teeth, but now I have problems drinking cold liquids or eating things that are cold/hot because they didn't properly fill one of my cavities (that they drilled). Do not go to this clinic! The prices were comparable to places with much better service.

This was not Dr. Yousefi himself, but a dentist in his clinic. Very poor experience for my wife. My wife informed the dentist that she responds slowly to anasthesia, but the Dr. refused to wait a few minutes for the painkiller to kick in. The Dr. refused to acknowledge that she was causing severe pain, and in fact often made fun of my wife for not being tough enough. Being hurt by a dentist is bad, having a dentist make fun of you for being hurt is really bad. Root canal took repeated visits, and the dentist failed to inform us that my wife would have to spend weeks without a cosmetic cap, meaning she had to attend major social events with a half-missing tooth. Very embarassing and easily avoidable. The cap that she got didn't fit, so we had another few weeks without a cap. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied and somewhat traumatized.

While it is Yousefi's practice, other dentists might work on you. Filled two cavities that were in adjoining teeth. Procedure did not go very smoothly as not enough of the filling was shaved down. Would probably not return.

I have gone to this dentist for three years and have had a overall positive experience. The only negative is that they charge for a certain medicine used when doing fillings that my insurance doesn't cover. They won't do the procedure without it either. My main dentist changed about a year ago, but the new dentist ispretty good as well. They usually run on time and the wait is only a few minutes.

Excellent. They always make time to see me if I have an emergency and are very helpful.

A pleasant, professional practice offering surprisingly good rates in an otherwise expensive part of the city. They don't do the most advanced implants and reconstructions, but they're quite good for the more usual problems one presents to a dentist. The hygienists are fine and the office staff good (but for one who appears to be a consistently unhappy person). I used one of the dental plans and that made the cost very reasonable.

I've only been one time, for a cleaning with Dr. Vahid. I was told that my back teeth needed "deep cleaning" which I believe because my gums were bleading as they were doing the regular cleaning and I hadn't been flossing (I know - GROSS!). Anyway, that cost an extra 95$ (not covered by my insurance). She said the rest of my teeth could benefit from deep cleaning, but she'd give me a chance to start flossing and see if that would help. Overall it was a decent experience -- nothing to rave about, but no complaints.
