WHILE UNDER GOING ROOT CANAL THE PAIN WAS UNBELIEVABLE, SO MUCH SO I KEPT JUMPING OUT OF MY CHAIR,I KEPT TELLING HIM GIVE ME MORE NOVA CANE ?? THIS WAS STARTED IN NOV AND HERE I AM AND BEING FORCED TO CHEW ON OPPOSITE SIDE.I WAS TOLD TO GO TO A SURGEON AND HE TOLD ME THAT THIS PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP BY HERMAN ,AND IT WOULD COST OVER $1000 TO GO IN AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.THE ROOT CANAL SURGERY ALREADY COST ME $1400

About Hygienist: GOOD,PAINLESS OVER 20 MINUTES SHE NUMBED MY TEETH WHICH WAS A PLUS

Dr Herman and all hygenists are great. very professional. Almost no pain during fillings. my three kids love going to the dentist here.
About Front Desk: Some of the receptionists are unprofessional. If I make the first appt of the day it always starts late bc the receptionist arrives after the appt is scheduled for. talking on her phone and barely acknowledges me and my kids. One of the other receptionists is very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Herman is an EXCELLENT dentist very patient and no pain. He's so good that when I had him redo my fillings to the pocelin ones the periodontest I went to had to look twice when I said I had quite a few fillings.
