I'm very leery of dentists, anyone in the dental field for that matter. A visit to the dental office is like bringing a used car into an auto shop.
My visit with this dentist confirms it. I had scheduled my daughters to have a ROUTINE cleaning done. At the visit which I was fully charged for, the cleaning was not completed and the dentist came to me to tell me all the things that my daughters needed. She told me that another appointment would have to be scheduled for the cleaning. My daughter overheard what the dentist told me and stated that that diagnosis/treatment was for the other patient in the office, not my daughter's, since my daughter had overheard the dentist talking to the other patient. The dentist told me that my daughter never flossed and had lots of problems (I know my daughter flosses). (We chose another dentist after that and that dentist told us that they had good oral hygiene.)
Needless to say, I felt that this dentist was looking for ways to "rack in the dough" and we never returned. Neither one of my daughters felt comfortable at the visit.
The front desk was not friendly at all.
My whole experience with this office was bad.
