I made an appointment for 2 hrs re-root canal treatment last week. he also doesn't really know how to manage the time and schedule...like for that the 2 hrs re-root canal appointment, most of the time I was waiting for him to come. When he came, he used around 30 min to do the re-root canal, and said it was hard job to do it. It needs to re-schedule the 2 more hrs appointment at another day. I remember that the front desk told me normally it takes 2 hours should be good enough for one root canal. I think the main reason, it was 6pm, time to get off there... he didn't stand my side to think about it, my tooth only finished 30 to 40 % the job. He told me to come back to finish the rest of job next week. Now I am feeling more pain compare to before I didn't do the re-root canal. I have to take the pain relief pills before go to the bed... and I have to take one more day off for the re-schedule. Also I have to have some more injections again; I believe nobody likes to take those shots...
When I paid the bill, the front desk (his brother, Tim), he saw I got some cash and said that was the cash deal, I could not pay by any kind the cards. The point is he didn't tell me that I could not by cards before...

Dr. Luk is an awesome dentist. He is the dentist of our whole family. He is very nice, understanding, caring, patient. You can tell that he loves what he does. I am definitely going to try to keep him as my permanent dentist. (:
About Hygienist: hygienist's are very nice. clean appearance, make you feel very comfortable.

He is a awesome dentist i will NOT let anyone touch my teeth but him i ALWAYS have a appointment with Dr.Aurthur Luk and only him! He is A great, fantastic dentist......

Dr. Arthur Luk is a hard worker, gentle, great listener. We all familily has been to his office for 4 years. My children can be relaxed with him. We trust him.

Did a couple of back crowns - very good work!
Very honest too. If no work is needed, he would tell you.
