Doesn't spend enough time with me, seems too busy. Offers only 1 option for crowns that are completed in one day but have to be paid in full the day of placement. My insurance at one time was no longer in network and I had to pay out of pocket. There are commonly new faces , and it seems that as soon as I get use to seeing the same person then they are gone. The staff is nice. Only concern was overhearing the office manager cursing at one of the girls and she ran away in tears. Maybe that is why there are always new faces.

About Hygienist: I love my hygienist, Trina. She is caring, thorough and gentle. She takes the time to educate me and answer any questions. She is the best I have ever seen. I saw another hygienist before and thought she was very nice, I think her name was Joanne .

I took my son to see Dr. Kim, and I specifically told them I did not want fluoride treatments. When my son came out of his appointment, he had had a fluoride treatment! I was appalled, since I had not authorized this. I told the front desk staff how upset I was, and that I wanted to speak to the dentist. I was told that he was busy, and would call me later. He never did. Not long after, I received a patient survey by email, and once again told this story, and asked him to contact me. He never did. Any dentist who would allow this to happen in his office, and then not even bother to apologize is not doing his job! Fluoride is toxic, and does absolutely nothing to prevent cavities in the water--European countries don't fluoridate and there is no difference in their cavity levels compared to the US. 25 studies prove that it reduces children's IQ! My family and I have been going to Dr. Kim for 7 years and wouldn't go to anyone else! His equipment and approach is modern and his staff is well trained and professional.

The kindest and best dentist I have gone to, I had full uppers and partial bottoms done..cost was the best..office staff was a 10 star(hi Sara and Maggie) and I will miss them and Dr.Kim when I move..he went above and beyound the call of duty with me..I would recommend him to everyone and I have.
About Hygienist: They are also a 10 star team and really caring and helpful.

Dr. Kim and his staff informed me of everything from start to finish. They where eager to help. Sent in Pre-treatment estimate to help me with my insurance. The manager and receptionist are great with giving insight into my insurance plan. Dr. Kim calls to make sure you are feeling OK after a large appointment. He really cares. He will not send you home with a final restoration that is not perfect.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is very intelligent as is the entire staff and they are all able to explain my treatment and give me the pros and cons.

The facilities are beautiful and they have a great staff. The problem is Dr Kim himself. He filled a dead tooth and put me through the worst pain of my life. I have spoken to several Dentists, including my new one and this is very bad medicine. He filled the tooth and I complained about the pain leaving his office and he just shrugged his shoulders!! If you have healthy teeth and need a cleaning this is a great place. However if you actually need care AVOID AT ALL COST.

Tommy Kim is a very good dentist. I've been to plenty of others before and I have been through much worse. He works in a small place next to a plaza which may be hard to find, because there are no obvious signs nearby.
The equipment they have is nice, and the staff is very friendly. They certainly help to keep you at ease. I'm sure many people that go to the dentist always have a high amount of anxiety/stress. The dental assistants there definitely make it less stressful. Doesn't hurt at all that they are pretty either.
I have had over ten cavities filled so I was a "regular customer" for the past year or so. Every time I was having my cavities filled, it was done with only a minimal amount of pain. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.
The only reason I couldn't give more stars for price is simply because they do not fall within my insurance coverage any longer, so I simply cannot afford to continue going to Dr. Tommy Kim's establishment.

Dr. Kim and his staff are very friendly and warm from the minute you enter the office. I feel very well taken care of and that all of my needs are met. Dr. Kim is a highly skilled friendly dentist who cares about people.
About Hygienist: Bobbi Jo - What a great lady! Super nice and very pleasant, as well as quite competent.

From check ups to veneers Dr. Tommy Kim has taken care of me and my family ( including the little ones who enjoy the trip to the dentist office! ) for 3 years now. I completely trust him as a dentist and his staff is second to none!
