Dr. Brady has been my dentist for 4 years. I have had 1 crown, 2 wisdom teeth removed & general dentistry performed at his practice. He is aand has always been a very friendly, courteous dentist who puts his patients first. His work & craftsmanship are impeccable. I have recommended him to everyone in need of a dentist.

My experience is that Dr. Brady did not do well with me as an adult patient and for that reason I have switched dentists. On one occassion he misdiagnosed a condition in my mouth and I felt like unnecessary, and costly, procedures were being pushed too hard and too often. I was not at all impressed with the chairside flatscreens or the extremely limited magazine selection or the constant increase in prices.
About Hygienist: Sometimes she did a good cleaning and other times not. At one point I wanted to try a different hygienist but, all things considered, I decided to switch dentists entirely.

We were at Matthews and found them pricey. We have been with Dr. Brady off of Providence and love them. They are a paper-free clinic and are so attentive and very non-lecturing. The kids look forward to going as well.
TVs in all the chairs make it even easier to go.
About Hygienist: Very good and thorough.

The only reason I no longer go to Dr. Brady's office is due to a switch in insurance. It's a gorgeous facility that is completely paperless, all files are electronic.
The staff is very accomodating and makes you feel completely relaxed. The different hygenists I've had have all been very good at their job and made me feel at ease.
Dr. Brady always takes the proper amount of time to sit and chat while doing your examination.
Very happy with the service I received and wish that I could continue.

Dr. Brady has great chair-side manner, and he completely explains everything he, the hiegenist, or the assistant is doing. He is also very good about explaining all options. The facility is the nicest I have ever seen - from the actual tools he uses for the care and treatment of the teeth (digital x-ray, tiny mouth-cam to show you exactly what he sees and what he is talking about in your mouth) to the amenities that make it a nice experience (individual plasma screen TV at every station - you can control what channel you want to watch). He and his staff are also great about scheduling appointments and being as flexible as possible. They have never made me wait longer than 15 minutes after my scheduled time, and they have been incredibly understanding when I have been a bit behind schedule myself. Dr. Brady also seems to be quite up to speed on the latest in oral healthcare and cosmetic treatments, and he came highly recommended to me by a local periodontist. He is probably the best dentist I've ever seen, and that is saying a lot because my previous dentist was a close family friend.

Very pleasant and friendly, with clean facilities, but I didn't have good results in diagnosing a chronically painful tooth. After telling me it's imagined a number of times, he resorted to attributing it to bite misalignment and filed away parts of a perfectly healthy tooth ... to a sharp edge which I can feel with my tongue. Maybe it's a difficult thing to diagnose but I'm changing dentists.
Cost is OK but slightly higher than what insurances will allow. You'll pay your percentage plus the differential.
Young and very friendly doctor so I don't want to cut-off his potential, but I'm not going back.

Professional. Excellent skills. Does not pressure you into unnecessary procedures. highly recommend. state of the art facilities and equipment including plasma screen TV in dental chair.

I refer all of my friends and clients to Dr. Erron Brady as the best pediatric dentist in North Carolina. He is super nice and interactive with both parents and children. My little boy loves going to the dentist becuase of Dr. Brady!
