They have an emergency phone number for true dental emergency. These idiots never return a phone call. The worst facility in Arlington. At least answer your true dental emergency you idiot doctor on call.

Good dentist but the worst business manager and office staff I have seen. Fair teeth cleaning skills if you get the right one.Office manager told me it was state law to have X-rays in order to get teeth cleaned!
Go somewhere else!

He examined my teeth and said I had no cavities even tho another dentist said I had over twenty. A year later he says I have over 20. He lies and he's a bad dentist

I really enjoy going to Diamond Dental Care. Dr Turner and staff is awesome my experiences is always good. Thank you Dr Turner and staff

Dr. Turner claimed that he saw a big crack down the front of one of my front teeth and that he could see it with his bare eyes and that my tooth was about to fall in half and I needed to have a crown put on it as soon as possible. Being my front tooth I decided to get a second opinion. Good thing I did because this other dentist found that there in fact was not a crack and my tooth is healthy. The only thing that was causing my pain was a problem in my bite and after a little bit of shaving on the back of my tooth everything is fixed. I will NEVER recommend Dr. Turner and I will NEVER go and see him again. He tries to do unnecessary dental procedures to make more money!!!!!!! Worst dentist ever!

He has moved to a new facility off I-20 and Park Springs whcih is fabulous compared to his old digs - everyone there is happy and trained well.

I was so glad when we got new insurance so I could go to someone different. His office.......well let's just say I would never refer to anyone to go there, even with his new fancy office!!!
The customer service is horrible and they look at you like $$$$$.
No one calls you back either to let you know what your insurance is going to cover. I had lost a root canal that he did many years back and it fell out so then he says well I got good news for you we can do an implant!! yeah but how much is that and they told me I was outraged and then told them to contact my insurance and tell them I had already spent money on a root canal now this. Maybe they would cover some of the implant. Well to make a long story short that was 3 months ago and no follow up phone call even when I called to check the status. Don't go there....beware!!!!
