They have never gone slowly, or explained what they were getting ready to do to my kid. Every time I complain it's seems Dr.K apologizes and gets what I'm saying and promises to correct it next time. But there is always something going wrong.
As for quality dentistry, at least 3 fillings have been lost within weeks of placement, protective coatings chip off, and most recently and devastating was when a tooth spacer jammed down into the gum loosening a good tooth and causing pain. Then the assistant slaps on some goop - without explanation - and again causes more pain without warning. assistant has ME run the suction in her mouth and has the NERVE to tell my girl not to scream because it will scare the other kids. FInd someone else, please.

Went to this dentist for a checkup with my son. We had a first appointment of the day. All stuff were late apart from one lady who did not know anything about our appointment. When they finally turned up the stuff were discussing how they could not be bothered to do anything before they had their coffee. Not sure how good the doctor is as it was a simple check up. But I can just say this. We came to check his teeth because we noticed he had sort of a small hole or chip in his back tooth. But the doctor didn't even notice it. When I asked her about it she had to recheck that place specially. On a positive side there are lots of toys there and the atmosphere is relaxing for the kids.

Dr. Kavee is very patient especially with young children. She tries to minimize their anxiety and make their trip to the dentist a positive experience, especially for the first visit. Dr. KAvee tries her best to perform any work she has to do with with minimal discomfot to the child, She has filled cavities and done other dental work on my children without needing to administ a novicain shot. Dr. Kavee is also very respectful with the parents of her patients. She takes their preferences into account and makes them feel good about the care they give their children.

The only thing I didn't like was the way they handle the billing. Not organized...got billed
twice for things...have to really watch what they are trying to do over there, billing-wise.
