you advertise 24 hour, 7 day, emergency dental. We called on Sunday with emergency. Got a voicemail---left message----no return call from either dentist. So much for Emergency care----that's a joke. Should be sued for false advertisement. After reading your poor reviews, I feel blessed that we missed you----wouldn't want you anyway.

Does not work as advertised. We had a dental emergency. He and his collegue advertise 24 hour, 7 day a week care in emergencies. We called and got voice mail---left messages, and no one called. So much for round the clock care----can't even call in 24 hours much less immediately. Stop the false advertising. I guess we are blessed that you didn't call back after seeing these reviews, I wouldn't want you any way.

Dr. Berchelmann has been my dentist for 14 years. Throughout those years he has always been patient, honest and considerate. He extracted 3 of my wisdom teeth and at the time I was very nervous but, he explained exactly what I would experience during the procedure and told me that if I felt discomfort at any time to let him know so that he could help. All I have to say is WOW!!! He was amazing. The procedure was pain free and I recovered within a couple of days. When he was finished he helped the assistant clean me up, made sure I had enough gauze to take home over the weekend and was very specific on what to do and what not to do afterwards. Overall, my experience in his office has always been comforting. Terrific dentist, highly recommend him!!!!

Totally filthy and sloppy, seriously. The worst service and skills I've ever experienced. To boot, the guy thinks he is funny. Had to file a complaint with the TX state board and also with METLIFE. This guy's days in the "profession" are numbered...as can be seen by his desperate attempt to rent out his office space. Guy is a joke...

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. He was rude the first time I met him. After examining my daughter, he told me she needed 2 filllings. When I returned, his staff told me she needed 6. When he put the anesthetic, immediatley he started drilling and my daughter was in pain. He did not take into consideration, because he was in a rush to attend other patiants. Horrible!!! I asked him if it was supposed to hurt and he stated no, but it did. My daughter told him when I asked her as she squirmed in the chair. Very unprofessional.
