I would have to say there is nothing missing in your overall office approach to your patients and their needs. Everyone seems to communicate and to know what is required of them. I always feel that every employee is communicating directly with Dr. Doray, is tuned in to the patient's issues and stands ready to do her share to address my care. (The staff are also so nice and caring about the patient as a person----even complimentary---I would go in just for their compliments---on my new shoes !)

I wouldn't recommend her at all. I came into her overrated practice, got xrays done. Instead of her treating my problem she gave me wrong information. Their was an abscess and four cavities. She was so busy trying to get money for the cosmetic procedures that she ignored my oral health all together. Frankly her treatment towards me was as if I wasn't suppose to be there. I've since had my problems resolved with a better dentist. A dentist that is concerned about your oral health first.

Patients are rarely kept waiting. They definitely do not over-schedule. Very attentive. State of the art equipment. My only complaint is she is quite expensive.

All staff are very pleasant and professional. Dr. Doray has excellent qualifciations and does high quality work. Convenient appointment times. Thorough treatment. The offices are attractive and you can even watch a movie while you're receiving treatment. Only disadvantage is that services are very expensive, and she does not participate in any insurance plans.

Dr. Doray and her staff are top notch professionals!
I have been a patient in this practice for nearly a decade, and my teeth have never been healthier. A veteran of many dentists, and slightly dental phobic with wretched teeth, I have been pleased with the thoughtfulness and care with which Dr. Doray prepared a treatment plan with me for my teeth. The plan was spread out over several years and sensitive to my budget and dental work tolerance. We have proceeded with that plan, and my teeth look beautiful, feel healthy and the cost was appropriate.
The staff are caring and playful, yet total dedicated professionals. I can see them promptly and within a short scheduling period. If I have an emergency or need to see them asap, I can do that, and I know that they care about me and my teeth.
It appears to me that Dr. Doray and her staff have a healthy professional relationship with each other; they communicate exceptioanally well. When the work I needed was more specialized than Dr. Doray can provide, she recommended specialists and consulted well with them.
I recommend Dr. Doray and her staff to everyone I know and care about. My son will start as a patient with them shortly, as soon as he turns 18!
