I've been using Dr. Roup for a tad over one year now. He has performed a number of precedures. He is very personable, competent and professional. And, the office always accomodates my erratic schedule. His staff is excellent too. I highly recommend Dr.Roup as he provides quality care. I am lucky and pleased to have found him.

I am not comfortable going to the dentist, but Dr. Roup's group really made me feel at ease. I lost a cavity over the weekend and they were able to fit me in first thing Monday morning and I was a new customer to boot! I was really worried that not being a current patient was going to be a problem, but they were a real lifesaver. I'm never going anywhere else!
About Hygienist: She was great and laughed at my jokes. Made me smile.

Robert Roup is a great dentist. The experience at his office is like visiting an old friend. His staff is great. He has been my dentist for 4 years now and the work he does is fantastic. I had a filling chip and fixed it at no cost to me or my provider. The facilities are great and again, I can't say enough about his staff. Highly recommended from my standpoint.

One side of a molar cracked and fell out along with a large 35 year old filling. I had not been to the dentist in over ten years and didn't know what to expect.
My first visit they did a complete assessment of my teeth and gums, answered my questions and gave me a printout of their recommendations including costs. I chose to have my molar repaired first.
The second visit Dr. Roup explained what procedures he was going to do and answered my questions. He and his assistant worked seamlessly while performing a root canal, preparing the tooth for a crown and installing a temporary crown. During the process he asked if I felt any pain or discomfort and explained what he was he was doing next. The whole process was completed painlessly and without anxiety. When the anesthetic dissipated there was no pain. It was like I had not been to the dentist, let alone had a dreaded root canal. The front desk attendant explained the cost and my payment options before I made the appointment and after the procedures. All the people at Roup Dental were courteous, knowledgeable and concerned about me. They even called the day after to check on how I was doing. I highly recommend Roup Dental, they treat you like family.

Dr. Roup replaced two of my lower teeth with implants, and it was gentle and painless! Both of them are like real teeth. I can chew on both sides and eat whatever I want. He spends alot of time explaining what is happening to me, which made me comfortable. His office is clean and state-of-the-art.

Just plain great. Never a problem. Always friendly treatment and they treat you like family. Cost is the best I've found in 57 years.
