It was an excellent experience. Dr. Mary T. Dooley is pleasant and very honest. Dr. Mary T. Dooley not only fixed a cracked tooth, but she improved my smile dramatically to where I feel like a new person. This was a complicated situation, but the prices reasonable. I have sent my family and friends to Dr. Mary T. Dooley because of the great work she has done for me. I will never change!!! Thanks Dr. Mary T. Dooley

I give Dr. Mary T. Dooley my highest rating.
I have had various treatments done by Dr. Dooley. I had gone to several doctors before who could never get me numb in the right spots or who if they could, it took them several shots and valuable time in order to do it at least some what. Needless to say, with the past dentists, it was an extremely painful experience.
Dr. Dooley took time to understand the problem and the odd way my nerves were wired and she gets me on the first time. So pain is minimal and very manageable.
She has also performed very intricate work either initially or when having to fix work from other dentists in the past. She is not just a dentist but an artist with her dental tools. Very cosmetically conscious. Very good work. And a nice and caring person to boot.
Prices are always fair and reasonable. Advice is always good and sound. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Mary T. Dooley. She is awesome.

My personal opinion. Unnecessary and painful procedures. After giving her $9,000.00 (down payment), she wanted to add more expensive surgery to my extremely painful 4 months. I never saw a Torque Wrench for Implants and Permanent bridge. The Office staff were great but they all quit. From January to June and she still did not get it right. My pain was so bad, I finally got her to leave out a screw to alleviate the stress on my implants. She made a denture that fell out of my mouth and relined it the next day. That added so much bulk, there was no room for food. She attempted to raise the agreed upon price in the middle of treatment. I am out NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS and had to get someone else to make my Denture and Fixed Bridge.
She tried to get me to sign a document while I was in extreme pain. I refused. The document said there was no warranty on the Bridge. I called and asked 3 times but never received copies of anything.
Her office called one day before the bridge was supposed to be completed and told me: "The Lab needs one more try-in before the bridge can be finished" and I refused to ever go back. I was finally over her. One month later, she called and said it was completed. How did that happen? dentalnightmare@live.com

My former dentist was cold and uncaring and did average work at best. I was refered by a friend to Dr. Mary Dooley. She has been awesome. It is the first time I can remember going to the dentist and not feeling really uncomfortable. She recently did and implant and really worked with me over time in order to get it just perfect. She is like an artist and very nice too. I highly recommend her. If she weren't my dentist, I would have sought her out as a friend. Just a nice person who cares. Thanks.

My daughter and Ihave been going to Dr. Dooley for two years. I have much experience with dentists and the abilities and Dr. Dooley is by far the best. Zero pain, accepts United Concordia, listens intently, and has a great staff.

I had my replacement dentures done by another dentist here in Virginia Beach. They were so badly made that they didn't even fit the first time I tried them on. The dentist said she can fix them but on my fifth visit I just gave up and took them with me. Besides, the dentist won't smile at me anymore and was giving me the attitude. I was so frustrated considering the amount of money I spent on them plus I have to wear the old ones again. Then I switched dentist and saw Dr Mary Dooley. After two visits and adjustments on the new dentures, they actually fit me and I've been wearing them for a couple of months now. And it's worth mentioning how helpful and reassuring she is and her staff that I recommend her to other people having problems with their own dentists.

She's very kind and reassuring. She puts you at ease during procedures. One time my temporary crown fell off on a weekend, she came in on a Sunday to put it back-without additional fees! Her front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. They always ask you if you want a drink of water. They will give you a bottle of cold water for free!
