all what he cares about his work not the patient . should focus on his work more.

Dr. Harandi is ok . but i will never go back to his office . I did deep cleaning there ,i could have done with other doctor . he needs to train his staff more . they never call your insurance about your benefit or go discuss your benefit at all

About Front Desk: Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. the person who does the billing is so rude first they tell you wrong information about your benefit with your insurance and all the sudden you get charge for services they did not do for you and when you call them to ask about it their response is we did not say it

Dr. Harandi took over Dr. Reid's periodontal practice in a Walnut Creek. I've been seeing Dr. Reid for many years and have trusted him with my care. Upon meeting Dr. Harandi, he quickly recommended over $3000 in treatment. His manner is very "used car salesman" and I do not feel comfortable receiving care from him. His staff is unfriendly and do not make eye contact.

About Front Desk: Not friendly, no eye contact, unprofessional

About Hygienist: Only took 30 minutes for my usual 1 hour cleaning!

Dr. Harandi is very pleasant. He explained the procedure very well. And the employees are very friendly.

I have always found Dr. Harandi extremely easy to work with. I have diabetes and fibromyalgia, both of which make my gum and dental health difficult. I can trust Dr. Harandi and his staff to give me the info and care I need to deal with them successfully. His office is comfortable, clean, and pleasant on every level while he and his staff are all very positive and highly skilled. I feel safe with them even when I need surgery or other scary and painful procedures. They know how to get me through panic attacks and/or when I have unusual reactions to things which don't bother most people without making me feel like a problem patient. If I need advice about procedures or outcomes, I find his to be not only knowledgeable but specific to my personal situation and needs. It is a great comfort to me. Dr. Harandi and his staff are professional but also warm-hearted and that is very important to me. The cost of their procedures is fair and I never begrudge paying it. The work speaks for itself and I have been able to count on things they do for me working out well. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who would appreciate quality work in a positive environment with good people.

About Hygienist: My hygienist is very sensitive to my needs and takes pains to make my experience with her as painless as possible. She coaches me on how to continue good care at home and gives me advice on products which might be of help. She has a very gentle and thoughtful touch which I appreciate a great deal.

I am not sure what these people are talking about. He is the most caring, understanding doctor that I have ever seen. He did six implants for me three years ago and I am enjoying them on a daily basis. He even did some extra stuff at no charge for me. During my treatment, he made sure to make himself available at all time.

Very arrogant doctor.. would not listen to my complaints. At the end of my treatments, Dr. Harandi told me that I literally caused my own issues. I truly don't feel the money I spent on my teeth were well spent or was even necessary.

Implant installed by Dr. Harandi was destroyed after one year. I lost total about $11,000. Small court did not see any doctor ethics violations.
