I only had this dentist, the "figurehead" of the practice (practice name was "Concerned Dental"), once. That was to do a quick visual checkup. Other dentists did my cleaning and root canal. The root canal was unsuccessful, and I ended up being referred elsewhere, while paying out of pocket for the hole they needlessly drilled. These dentists don't seem too knowledgeable. Customer service (the receptionists) is EXTREMELY bad. The receptionists are curt and do not provided any assistance. They told me my next checkup could be next month, and told me to call back in 1 week to make an appointment for that month even though I already had them on the phone after a wait. I am moving to another dentist even though this one is blocks away from my house.
