The Greatest Dentist! I have ever had, I have moved to another state and I really miss his expertise!

This dentist left gauze in an incomplete root canal before sealing it with a crown. Needless to say, my mouth formed boils and the tooth had to be removed leaving a hole in my mouth. Negligent and unprofessional. Was not able to identify the problem or offer a solution.

I went Dr. Campbell to replace an amalgam filling with a composite filling. He neglected to remove the entire amalgam and simply covered the old amalgam with a composite. He later lied and told me that the reason my composite appeared blue was due to the litmus paper when he checked to see if my bite was correct. He charged me the full price for the composite. Needless to say, I was terribly disappointed.

Dr. Campbell performed gum surgery.. and there was not pain... Cost was somewhat high. I would recommend him to others.

I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Campbell is the BEST! He's gentle. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years but Dr. Campbell reassured me that my teeth were worth saving. His office is efficiently ran by a professional but friendly staff.

I went in to Dr. Campbell's office to have a twenty-one year old amalgam filling removed from a molar. I requested that it be replaced with a composite filling or a cap because amalgam fillings leak mercury as well as for cosmetic reasons. To my dismay, Dr. Campbell only removed half of the twenty-one year old amalgam filling and refilled the other half of my molar with a composite filling.
When I questioned why the new composite filling appeared dark blue he said, "The filling appears dark blue, because I used litmus paper to test whether or not your bite is correct."
That was not true. I was informed by another doctor that Dr. Campbell left in half of the twenty-one year old amalgam filling and refilled the other half with the composite material, and that is why the visible half of the new composite filling appears dark blue. Needless to say, my objective of replacing all of my amalgam fillings with composite fillings was not met.
I am disappointed with his work, and stunned that he was dishonest about his work.

I love his work...I have a new great smile!!! He is friendly and patient. His office is well run and his staff is helpful. He takes various insurance plans and has helped me achieve most of my oral care problems. I enjoy my visits to him or his hygienist and I would say I am very happy overall.

I chosed Dr. Campbell because he is in my dental plan's network and he is teaching in UCLA dental school.
However, compared to my previous dentist, his service is not as good as what I have expected. I waited an hour to be treated and the procedure lasted only half an hour. My previous dentist spent over an hour for the same procedure. I felt Dr. Campbell was hurrying to finish the work so he can take a rest or work on another patient. There is no follow up on the surgery that he performed. Compared to my previous dentist, my teeth has not had a good job done at Dr. Campbell's office.
