BEWARE of this Dentist's office. They are constantly looking to upsell and charge you crazy money for routine things.
In an exam the dentist told my wife that her teeth were in great shape. The techs said they recommended a 'deep cleaning' for $1100. When we said we just wanted a standard cleaning, they refused. They demanded that we do the $1100 cleaning and if we didn't like it we could pay the $25 to get copies of our records and find another dentist. We did just that.
Horrible customer service...will never give Luisi or his staff any more business.

I called for an emergency appointment to Dr. Luisi's office ( a group practice) today. They were able to fit me in within just 1 1/2 hours, which was GREAT! The office staff as well as Dr. Luisi were all very helpful & courteous. Dr. Luisi provided a good, thorough exam at a very reasonable cost....especialy as a new, emergency patient. The doctor took time to explain the treatment options and his recommndations, and he answered all of my questions. At no time did I feel rushed. Overall, a very positive experience. The group is called "An Elegant Smile Dentistry".
