He is a great dentist. He has always been very friendly and does not do any procedure that isn't necessary. I hope I never have to find a different dentist, I don't know what I'd do!! He is fabulous!

Dr. Kawczynski is not only very competent, but he never tries to do unnecessary procedures. In fact I first went to him for a second opinion. He told me I didn't need the prodecure the other guy wanted to do. He was right. He is very friendly, happy, and always takes lots of time to explain what he is going to do and why. He is the best I have ever had, and I am 62.

The first time I tried to make an appoitment it took almost a month to get some one to answer the phone. The answering machine said he was with a patient and to try back later. You were not able to leave a message. He had no receptionist when I did finally get him on the phone. Was sloppily dressed. He looked like he just got done mowing the lawn. I gave him one more try. This time he did have a receptionist and I made an appointment. I took off work, took my kids out of school and guess what he never showed up nor did his receptionist. We waited a half an hour and left. Could not leave a message when I did call, the message said he was with a patient (as I stood outside the door and looked in )I could see he clearly was not with a paitent! Where was he.? I left a note. He never called back.

I can't reach this dentist by his published phone number in order to make any sort of an appointment. Nobody ever answers the phone and the "After hours, call tomorrow after 9AM" message has been playing at all hours of the day over the past week. Due to my particular insurance provider, I will have to wait 30 days to change providers.
