I went to this doctor in need of a root canal about three years ago. I haven't been back because I explained to her that my tooth was hurting really badly and that it needed immediate attention and she told me to schedule a root canal a month later with the receptionist. She also drilled and filled two teeth I had no idea had cavities--because they weren't sensitive...but apparently they had cavities and needed tooth-colored fillings not covered by my insurance. I was scared the whole time, because I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a kid, and even then the old man had told me to "shut-up" under his breath so my mother wouldn't hear him. I don't like dentists, and it was obvious when I went. No one in the office was really consoling or anything and the dentist kept poking that metal spike into my cavities and asking if they hurt. It was a terrible experience and probably has something to do with why I haven't been back and am looking for another PPO accepting dentist on this website.
