I had been going to Dr. Verduna for regular cleanings for about 3 years or so. The staff was always friendly & polite. The facility is clean & in a nice neighborhood.
I have never had a cavity, or needed anything in-depth in regards to work, but the last few times I went in, the hygienist was kinda rough with the cleaning & then the last time I visited. I was told I didn't have any cavities, but would require 7 FILLINGS at $50 a pop!!
Now, I have the same cleaning routine as previously & could not believe my ears! I dont want my teeth to become more vulnerable to getting a cavity, as I have acquaintances who became more susceptible once the drilling was done...They were really pushing these filling so much so, that I never went back.
I am wary of the "Mechanic's treatment" & now I have doubts on any information I would now receive I am no longer comfortable there & have left to find another dds for my regular cleanings.
Naybe i am being paranoid, but i reserve the right to doubt my information.

I found Dr verduna to be very pleasant but did not spend much time looking at my teeth. One oft he hygenists was a bit rough on my gums, but in fairness i do have a bit of a cramped bite.
After his office suggested 7 fillings for cavities i have never had, I was a bit reluctant to go back. My insurance has since changed & i will be seeking a different dentist.
