Very personable, caring doc. Beautiful office, and thorough hygienists.
You'll have to wait a few months to get that first appt, and it will be expensive, but I think she is worth it.

Office settings: In ways sweeping and intimate, Dr. Gyllenhoff's office is a model of visual calmness, a resounding response to the challenge of creating a space as soothing to the senses as it is efficient to conduct dental practices.
Pain: much less than my experiences in other dental practices Dr.G and her entire staff have a fundamental aversion against unnecessary pain, and as such they take great, sometimes even extraordinary, care to minimize patient discomfort.
Cost: moderate in strict monetary terms, but fairly inexpensive for the high quality of care and ambience.
Billing: a big plus to me that they do not participate in any managed care plan, but will file necessary paperwork for reimbursement with insurance companies.
Hygienists: very competent. Passionate in advocating superior home care.
Front desk: friendly, helpful and competent.
Chair-side manners: Friendly, informative, professional and thoughtful. In case of needed referrals (in my case for oral surgery and endodontist), the timeliness and efficiency are truly outstanding. Within a few minutes of reaching the decision for referral work, Dr. Gyllenhoff would have X-ray and other diagnostic documents, referral letter set up for me.
