Dr. Mednick was recommended to me by a co-worker. I have been completely satisfied with all of her services and her staff. I appreciate her honesty the most. She knows that I am on a tight budget and she always gives me a range of services she can perform to fix the problem. She then usually suggests the one that is middle of the road cost-wise. Anytime I have an emergency she has always been available to get me in. I have had mild cosmetic work done, a root canal, fillings, crowns, and cleanings at their office. I would highly recommend their services. I am now moving to Brooklyn and I am sad that I will no longer have her as my dentist. It has been challenging for me to have trust in certain health care providers and I feel fortunate that I was able to establish a trusting relationship with Dr. Mednick.

About Front Desk: They were always so friendly and helpful. They dealt with my insurance company. They were always attentive to my needs and prompt to return phone calls. Excellent customer service! I will miss them too.

I had a terrible experience with the last dentist I had used, so was extremely hesitant about going to the dentist again, even though it was someone different. Dr. Mednick and her assistant, Erica, were so compassionate and caring, and it instantly put my fears at ease. The work these ladies do at Dehnert Dental is outstanding, and they do it all while being very professional and personable at the same time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mednick and Erica to anyone that asks. These ladies are fantastic and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, since I know I will be treated with patience and respect, all while being extremely comfortable.

About Front Desk: The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and super friendly. Most especially, Jessica, who goes out of her way to greet you by name as you walk into the office.

When I saw Dr. Mednick, I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was 6 months pregnant. She was wonderful! She didn't make me feel guilty about not going to a dentist in so long, and she worked around me being pregnant (skipping X Rays when possible, not having me recline fully, looking up medications and their pregnancy interactions, etc). She did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

About Front Desk: Kelly at the front desk is the reason I first came to this clinic. I wasn't sure if going to the dentist would help the problems I was having, or if I could go while pregnant, and she reassured me and answered all of my questions. I was also unsure of what to do since I hadn't visited a dentist since switching to my husband's insurance, and she took care of all of it for me --all I had to do was tell her when I was free to come in and she did the rest. I definitely would not have been able to figure it out on my own and I really appreciate all of her assistance!

About Hygienist: Leslie was wonderful! Being pregnant, my gums were extremely sensitive and painful and she took lots of extra time to make me comfortable and make sure I wasn't in pain. And my gums haven't bled once since she cleaned my teeth!

When I visited Dr. Mednick, I had not been to the dentist for about 1.5 years. I appreciated the patience Dr. Mednick displayed as we discussed orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Mednick spent the time necessary to answer my questions and provide me with great care.

About Front Desk: Kelly aided me at the front desk. She was able to schedule my appointment in a great time frame that worked with my schedule. Since I had not been to the dentist in a while, the appointment was more difficult to schedule, but she found a way. She assisted me with transferring my records from a previous dentist. Additionally, she handled my insurance questions and was able to process my paperwork fast. I emailed my previous X-rays to the office and she handled the transfer. Her performance was the foremost reason I plan on returning to Dr. Mednick's office. Kelly is charismatic and very competent at her job. I think that when you visit a doctor's office, you spend the most time working with the front desk staff. That is why the service Kelly provided was so important, making me feel very welcome and confident in the dentistry services provided.

About Hygienist: Leslie was my hygienist when I visited Dr. Mednick's office. We were together for an average length appointment time, even though I had not visited the dentist in some time. She worked fast and professionally. She has a great disposition, making conversation but not sacrificing service or time. Also, I always have trouble getting X-rays because the butterfly inserts are painful, but Leslie made it a breeze!

Never a bad experience! From check-in, to the appointment, to the bill, this place makes it as painless as humanly possible. I had to search for years to find a dentist that i truly enjoyed going to and I finally found it.

Dr. Mednick is an extraordinary dentist, from her bright personality to her gentle hands. She is very comforting each visit and very gentle, practically painless with every procedure I have ever had in her office. The office mood in general is always perky and inviting, which puts a lot of people/patients at ease. Almost every procedure room warms you up with spectacular views of the mountains. I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Mednick or the staff. From the front desk to the procedure room everyone is welcoming, understanding and explains each step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Mednick! =)

Dr. Mednick is really first class, she explains everything in laymans terms, the facilities are by far the best in tucson even the views out the windows are awesome!! She really gives the best dental care I have ever recieved and I have been to a few dentists too. I very highly recommened her to anyone seeking out a top notch Dentist in Tucson.

She is obviously a skilled practitioner who , when working with me strived for the very best outcome even if it meant taking a little more time. Her office is very up-to-date and her staff strive to please. Overall, an excellent choice for your dental care.

Dr. mednick is very quick, sort of an in-and-out of the room doctor. She appears very competent, is friendly, and answers questions. She does seem slightly overbooked, as most providers these days are; however, I do not feel rushed in my questions. I have not had to have any work, just 6 month check-ups, so i cant comment on her techniques.

About Hygienist: Ava is simply THE BEST hygienist I have ever experienced. She is very knowledgable, incredibly thorough, very kind and well-mannered, remembers me from last time, and does the best job ever taking care of my dental health. She is such an asset to this team, and I will wait for an appt. with her, even if she is booked out several months. I trust her completely with my dental health.

Wait time has twice been ofver 45 minutes. Was billed incorrectly. Family member was given diagnosis of periodontal disease evern though they have been going to another dentist in town every 6 months for years and never given that diagnosis. One front office clerk is very unprofessional Assistant forgot about me and made me sit with guaze in my mouth for over 10 min.
