We had been going to Dr. Schrager for several years, and after our teeth kept getting worse. Went to another dentist not mentioning Dr. Schrager and the new Dentist thought we just got insurance and were going to a free clinic due to the poor work. Went for seveal other opinions same result. watch out

I couldn't find a bad thing to say about the best dentist in the game!!!! My teeth look great!

Two main reasons for the poor review: We called the doctor on a Saturday morning because my son had some kind of infection on his gum, left a message for him to please call us back, but Dr. Schrager never returned our call. Second reason: My son had a cavity repaired there. He was in tears before the procedure, & the staff made me leave the room with him crying. I waited an hour in the waiting room, being told by reception that he was fine. He came out hysterically crying, saying it hurt the entire time. Never before have I been told I can't stay with my child at the dentist. I don't need that kind of treatment, and either does my son. Additionally, when I called to cancel our cleanings, the doctor was off that day. However, my call was forwarded to his pager. He called me back, and I told him I'd cancelled my appointments because of what happened when we had the emergency. He said, "Oh. Okay." No explanation was offered. He is pompous, arrogant, and very expensive. We will never go back there.
Lastly, there was a complaint filed on May 11, 2001. "Plea of guilty to engaging in criminal conduct, namely theft by deception, in the submission of insurance claims and the obtaining of monies." Do the research; it's on the Web.

Such a great dentist. My family members referred me to him and I was not disappointed. I'd recommend to anyone!!
