Dr. Koeltl is very knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about this office. I had a very painful dental problem and gave him a call on his after hours line. He opened up his office on a Saturday and helped me out without me asking. He saved my vacation. He is very concerned for his patients well being. Great dentist!

I have going to this dental practice for over 15 years. The former dentist Dr. Haskell placed 6 veneers in my mouth.
I moved out of state for a few years and when I returned, I learned that Dr. Haskell retired. I continued to go to the same practice that Dr. Koetl had taken over as I was assured they had all my records and knowledge of my veneers.
I am appalled by the service here. The first visit I did not even see a dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and I was then informed that the doc was too busy to see me.
The second visit for me was an emergency. One of my veneers had popped off. The doctor would not see me until the following day. While he was fixing my veneer, he was so occupied with flirting with his hygienist, he drilled the veneer until the point it was cracked.
He would not honor the 10 year warranty for Dr. Haskell's work despite promises that he was Dr. Haskell's "replacement" In addition, he even sent me a bill for 70 dollars. He wanted to replace the veneer with a crown for 800 bucks, and said the veneer was beyond repair.
He refused to accept and responsibility. I found a new dentist that does not even take my insurance. He fixed my veneer for 50 bucks and even showed me how Dr. Koetl had drilled it too much.

We finally found a dentist who didn't try to sell us something every time we entered the office! Dr. Koeltel was very helpful, explained everything clearly and gave us alternatives to treatment, and treatment plans. We strongly recommend him.
About Hygienist: AWESOME.... very thorough and no pain! Look forward to my 6-month cleaning for the first time in my life.
