I started seeing Dr. Yoon in 2004, when she was still in the spatious dental office across the road from the current one. I was initially very happy with the office and the service. She had great assistants, as well as front desk and insurance people. Then the assistants changed for the worse. Dr. Yoon also did a root canal and crown for me. The crown did not fit well, and Dr. Yoon tried to adjust it several times without much success. Now that Dr. Yoon has moved, the office is much worse (smaller, less comfortable), and the receptionist is worse. Dr. Yoon has a great personality, and the minor procedures which she has done have been relatively pain-free and efficient. However, I would not recommend her for major work.
