My experience at this dentist was fantastic. The staff was incredibly nice, accomodating, and informative. I had a great discussion with them about what I wanted to change about my smile and they listened and made some great recommendations on how to achieve it without an expensive, fake look.
They do something here called Componeers which is a mix between a veneer and composite. The results look equally as good as veneers, except way better because it looks more natural but just as beautiful. Veneers last slightly longer than componeers, however, it's totally worth it because of the HUGE cost difference and more natural look of componeers. They were very meticulous during the procedure and made sure every detail matched my other teeth. The result looks amazing. My lateral teeth were too small and made my front teeth looked big, and after they were done, my front teeth looked beautiful and proportionate to my other teeth.
The only negative thing I would say is that the procedure was a little bit uncomfortable (no more than any dentist experience usually is) but I told them I preferred not to have any numbing, so that was my preference. I would recommend this dentist to any of my close friends.

I've been to Jester Dental for a number of years and often wondered about some of the charges, now and then. It sometimes felt "odd" but I didn't question it knowing how funky insurance can be. However, recently, there were too many issues to ignore when I asked them to check on predetermined costs for needed crowns. Long story short, the "quote" kept going up each time I checked. For example, my portion was going to be $305 (per crown, I needed 3), a few weeks later, it was $349, then the actual day of the procedure, it was 2 remained at $349 and 1 was not going to be covered at all, so $1400 (please). I declined to have the procedure to go home and do my homework. Called the insurance company to find out this was not at all the case. The crown was going to be covered, according to the insurance company.
I called Jester back and all I got was, "not sure how that happened....blah, blah,...."
Stuff happens, but seriously????? This sounds and smells like unethical behavior and unprofessional practice.....You decide.

You can feel tension in the office. Very unprofessional. I was waiting for someone and you could cut the tension with a knife. I felt bad for the front desk girl. Everyone was in each ear. She was trying diligently to get her job done. There's a time and a, place to ask or confront someone about things... Not when patients or others are in the office or waiting room.
About Hygienist: Talked way too much about the election and politics. Was not comfortable.

Was a little painful in my experience, but maybe that's normal. Nice office, friendly staff.
