Personnel is very rude. She did not explained what she has done Do not try to change your appointment, they may tell you come next year.

Dr. Richardson and supporting staff were pleasant and professional. Dr. Richardson explained the procedure thoroughly before beginning the Root Canal. This wasn't my first Root Canal, but I was apprenhenisve about the procedure. The procdure went well with no pain during or afterwards. I will definitely inform my friends and family members my positive dental experience with Dr. Richardson.

Dr. Richardson was very courteous and pleasant and helped me to relax. I have had other unpleasant experiences with root canals and was hoping this was not going to be a repeat performance. I am delighted to say that this was not the case. She was knowledgeable, professional and gentle and got the procedure completed in what I consider to be a resonable time and with little to no pain during the process. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Dr. Richardson to my friends or family. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had at a dental office.

Dr. Richardson was great!!!!! My reatment was painless and she was very pleasant. I would rec. her to anyone.

Made appt w/ Southern Dental Assoc. Started out needing 2 fillings on left side. After the first round of shots, when drilling started I felt horrible pain. She ended up having to give me 7 shots total to try to numb the area, but I still felt bad pain when drilling. She took a break, then told me I needed to have the wisdom teeth on that side of my mouth pulled because they were causing the pain when she drilled (even though these were not the teeeth she was working on and I felt the pain in the tooth she was drilling). She then gave me more shots and started to pull the bottom wisdom tooth- I had to stop her because I could still feel everything. She then got another dentist to help. The othe dentist gave me another shot in the mouth and pulled both of the wisdom teeth. Dr. Richardson put temp fillings on the 2 teeth she had started drilling on and told me to make a appt. in a week to complete those after I healed from the 2 extractions. She sent me home with a after-care sheet and told me to take 2 motrin every 4 hrs for the pain. That night was the most painful I had every had. I called & spoke to another dentist that gave me a rx for pain the next day, saying motrin wasn't enough. Insurance kept the cost down ($130).
