Very unhappy with this office. Had to wait several months for my appointment. Was not thrilled with having to return to correct work that was completed. Arrived one morning to witness the assistant addressing a coworker with total disrespect, and immaturity. I was beside myself when she turned and stated she was ready to not return at all. Not a very good impression to make with patients in the lobby. There is no clear line of communication in the office and I think that most of the employee's are not happy. I was told by the doctor's helper I could make payment's toward my treatment. Later I was called by another staff member and told that I would not be able to come back without full payment. Clearly this was not addressed with an obvious system in place. I am now looking at other offices to move to and I am open to suggestions.
About Hygienist: Very rude to coworkers, and found my hygienist to be very rough. I had to take Advil that evening , and that was just after having a routine cleaning.

I have found that going to Dr Brooks is very pleasent and nice. The ladies that she has working for her are very nice and professional. They all know their jobs and does it very well. I myself would tell any one that go to her and they will be please with Dr Brooks work and her staff.

I LOVE HER!!! I have high anxiety, and when I am in her care she is patient, calm, and relaxed. Hands down this woman knows how to work a needle. From what I have experienced before, the technique that she uses is pain free. She is very careing. I tell everyone about her because I have never experienced such painless care. She really got me to change the way I feel about the dentist. She is PRICELESS!!! LOVE YOU DR.BROOKS!!!!

Dr. Brooks is one of the best in the area. Although it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment within the next few months, BFD is well worth the wait. It says a lot when an office's schedule is that full.
In the past, the receptionist that they had let A LOT TO BE DESIRED, the rest of the office staff was friendly. Today, though there is a new recetionist there that is great.

I first went to them because of a dental emergency(lost filling), they got me in quickly and I was out within an hour. Friendly and professional staff. I greatly recommend their services.

Great facility, very comfortable setting. Dental Hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure about cost of procedures.

The staff is very pleasant and the environment is very relaxing. The office has top notch equipment and knowledgeable staff. The location is in a convenient spot in the university area. The cost is reasonable and the service is prompt. Dr. Brooks is also on hand to address any dental issues and concerns. I do recommend this facility to those looking for a family friendly dentist.

Dr. Brooks and all her assistants are very nice! Their location is easy to get in and out. But she is no more expensive than any other dentist!!

Dr. Brooks carries the Cybex(?) machine which allows you to literally PICK the teeth that you want and it makes the teeth to precision! Excellent results!
The office is a top notch facility with all of the latest equipment. Dr. Brooks is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of knowing. Her office staff exudes the same talent.
