About 7 years ago, I went to Dr. Norton to have all 10 of my mercury fillings removed. The treatment plan had us working in quadrants and he convinced me porcelain replacements were best because they would last longer and were more biologically compatible. We started with one tooth in the upper left. Then that first tooth broke the opposing tooth below within a week of the initial dental work and his response was to hand me a $1500 estimate to repair what had otherwise been considered a healthy tooth on his x-rays. I eventually went to another dentist (Dr. Ron Dressler) for the remaining replacements for considerably less than my treatment plan with Dr. Norton. The real rub is that yesterday I had to have this supposedly superior, longer lasting porcelain filling replaced after it disintegrated for no apparent reason while all of my other replaced filings remain perfectly in tact. I'm just thankful I didn't have the rest of my work done here so I felt it only fair to share my experience as a "Buyer beware!"

Had several crowns replaced. New ones fit incredibly well and they're laser-made on the spot.

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help in all ways possible. Great for anxious patients, such as myself, with the relaxing environment and care of staff.

Has all the latest procedures and equipment. His staff is always very friendly and compassionate. Pain has been minimal. Cost can be a bit steep, but it is fair. The billing and insurance area are good and efficient. Chair-side manners are very professional and make you feel at home. The hygienist was very thorough and friendly/professional. Then front desk is friendly and efficient.
I would recommend his office to anyone.
