Dr. Switkes is the best pediatric dentist I have ever dealt with. His personal approach and attention towards his patients is unmatched. The office is very child freindly with books, video games and other toys to keep children busy while they wait. the office is clean, the staff is freindly and they are very accomodating. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend and have done so to many. My son enjoys going to the dentist and he loves Dr. Switkes.

My son visited Dr Switkes for the first time. He is 7 and never had any issues with previous dentist. While in the waiting room, the dr yelled at the nurse in the next room because a child was crying and stated "I cannot focus with that going on". The parents in the waiting room were in shock and trying to figure out whos child it could have been. My child was coming out or I would have walked to the back and pulled him out.
My son then shared with me that the treatment was rough and that he tried to tell him but he basically ignored him. Kids are not stupid and need to be listened to. I would not recommend this dentist.

We have four boys that have been seen on a regular basis by Dr. Switkes. They actually look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Switkes and his staff are great with children! There is always a fun and relaxing atmosphere. There is a game room that the children can play video games in prior to their appointment. I think this helps ease the anziety they may be feeling. I have never had any negative issues with them filing my insurance. Dr. Switkes' office is worth the trip I take across town.

We are very happy with the treatment recieved. The office itself does not follow through with insurance claims. My daughter had a cleaning which was $133 that went to collections because the office would not refile the claim.

Dentist and staff are amazing!!! Never thought taking a child to the dentist could be so easy. Entire office is stress-free for both parent and child.

My son has had alot of work done prior to going to Dr. Mike and I wish we had found him before we did all the work . He is by far the best and honest dentist I know. My son loves him as much as I do.

My son knocked-out his front teeth and Dr Switkes was very friendly, professional, and made my son feel at ease in the midst of his traumatic experience. The most amazing way with children!!!

My son has gone to this office for many years in fact he is soon to be 13 and we started when he was 4- Staff is great and Dr. Switkes is an amazing dentist.

Dr. Mike has always treated my kids very special. He just has that way about him . We have had an emergency once and we were able to talk to him directly after hours and he got us right in the next day and fixed the problem. He takes the time with each kid and treats them like family. We love Dr. Mike and his staff. Thanks Dr. Mike ...from Britt and Bruce

My daughter just went to see Dr. Switkes on recommendation from another Dr. - she is a hard and difficult patient, usually screaming and crying throughout - but today the staff and Dr. Switkes were actually able to get 2 x-rays and confirm that she has 10 cavities and will need a couple root canals. Even so, I feel today was a real success b/c we were able to get through a dental exam. He was confident and gentle dealing with my daughter and was able to have her open her mouth, keep it open and check all her teeth.
