This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. He stick a needle on me before the area was numbed, which cause me extreme pain and I screamed. After I told him, I was in pain. He started to question back if I have ever done a filling before. Yes, of course, I had, many times and this is the first time I was in such pain. After I expressed my feeling, he told me he won't treat me today and he won't treat me in the future. I have never seen a dentist so unprofessional. When I was in pain, he didn't provide the solution to fix the issue but rather took it personnel and turned me down as a patient. Please try to avoid this dentist. 0 star if I can.

I have known Dr. Trakakis for over 15 years. He started as my dentist at the River Oaks Sears Dental Center. He always provided the best dental care for me and my family. I have recommended him to other friends and relatives who were also very pleased with his work.
When he transferred to the Sears Center in Niles and I also went there to see him for dental treatments. When he then transferred to the Fox Valley location, I also went to see him there. Although these two other locations were over 50 miles one way from my home; I still went to this dentist because he was the best dentist I ever had. Only after the gas prices continue to rise (it was only $1.29 gallon at the start), I had to change to another dentist closer to my home; but I have not found another dentist as good as he is.
I truly feel that he is one of the best dentists in Illinois.

Excellent care provided by Dr. Trakakis and his staff. I was very happy with the results.
