I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I feel so lucky I found Dr. Shahinian. I had a cleaning and exam that was the best I ever had. Dr. Shahinian spent time getting to know me and we made plans for my dental work. I am very pleased with the quality of care and enjoy her and the staff.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Shahinian and I just can't believe what I was missing. Her work is superb. From her office staff to the assistants and hygienists I know I am receiving the highest quality services with warmth and care. I want everyone to know if they aren't seeing Dr. Shahinian they are missing out! Call her today...you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Shahinian has been our family dentist for more than 20 years.
She is the ultimate professional!!! Not only is her work absolutely perfect but her ethics are of the highest moral character. You would be hard pressed to find a dentist that comes close to her caliber!!!!!
About Hygienist: Roberta is an exceptional hygienist. Very gentle and thorough!!!!!

As soon as I walked into the reception area I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Shahinian and her staff offerred the highest quality of care right from the start. I've always been terrified of the dentist. Dr. Shahinian is the first dentist that calmed my fears. I can't thank her enough! I feel completely confident in the care I received with Hingham Dentistry.

I highly recommend Dr Shahinian. She is a true artist!! She has been replacing some horrible work done on my front teeth and I am amazed at the quality of her work. She and her staff are extremely professional and I am just sorry that I didn't go to her practice sooner. How nice it is to actually smile again thanks to her!!!!

Office is not good at considering patient needs beyond pain relief and getting through the procedure.
Conversations with staff over other business or personal issues occurs during your time in the chair - very little focus on you. Adds stress
TV's are on like it or not. Loud, distracting from focus on your visit. Regis and Kathy? Ugh.
Patient needs at the front desk are clearly bothersome. i.e.,- some treatments have handouts which should be printed while patient is in chair or in advance of appt. Office makes you wait - after the appointment. When the office is behind 30 - 60 minutes- they won't tell you or let you reschedule until you become insistent. Patients have other appointments and obligations too.
Wealthy clients welcome. Others need not inquire. If your life circumstance changes begin seeking other help. There is no loyalty or patient concern here. You will be promised a payment plan, schedule and have excellent work done, then are told by the receptionist Ginger, that you may not schedule anything until paid in full. High finance charges are added - though no policy posted or agreed. Then, you are avoided like the plague. No plan. No compromise. Just turned heads, backs, and noses in the air.
About Hygienist: The hygienist has always been professional, pleasant, helpful and focused. I forget her name, but she is terrific!!!

Excellent dentist. No follow through from reception on assistance with insurance billing. Very pricey.
