“Dr.” Esfandiari should have been a car salesman instead of a dentist. After initially trusting him, the quality of the service steadily declined and he started recommending expensive services that were not needed and overlooking problems that should have been catched. He will examine you for a few minutes and then his assistant will come to the room you are in and tell you how much your suggested treatment will be.

While the staff was very helpful & pleasant the work I had done was not good at all. I had to get a filling put in & it wound up falling out twice.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Soroush efandiari in Holcombe Dental Associates.
I am totally unhappy with his work because he is the worst dentist I have ever seen. I told him I needed some filling on my left lower second molar, then immediately he ordered a hygienist to start deep cleaning without my permission. He did not even bother to ask me if I needed a deep cleaning or not!
He was annoyingly insensitive and rude after I told him that I was an Iranian too. In fact the only reason that I selected him was the fact that he was also from Iran.
I have graduated from Dental school, and feel confident of my knowledge and judgment in dental field. He did not properly drill the base, nor did he do a good job on drying process before applying the composite. He failed to answer my question, when I asked him what kind of composite material he used! He used as little material as possible. He ordered the assistant to use a less than 1 second light cure each time he put the composite on! He worked less than 5 minutes to drill without anesthetics (It was very painful), dry, and fill in. Then he left without saying a word! Then I told assistant that I wanted to speak to him since he left without saying a word! I asked him that

I had my teeth cleaned the other day and was very pleased as usual. I have a tendency to be nervous before going to the dentist but after I arrived and spoke with every one and talked with Dr. E my fears disappeared. The office was very clean and I did not have to wait long. The procedure itself was virtually painless and the staff made sure I was comfortable. I always recommend Dr. E to all my friends.

I was looking for a dentist to do my front veneers and when I called Holcombe dental I was a bit surprised to find out they could get me an appointment in a short time, I was seen two days later. I was a bit skeptical at first and had my doubts. well that was over a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised when I went there to find everyone so friendly and welcoming, such clean and beautiful office, and professional staff. I had my veneers done about a year ago with Dr. E and so far everything has been great. they look very natural and Im very happy with my experience at Holcombe Dental. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had a great experience at Holcombe Dental Associates. I have been going there for many years. My routine dental visits are awesome! Dr E is very friendly and staff is great. they get me in and out very quickly and I never have to wait long. I really like that about this office. I used to go to an office where the wait was sometimes over an hour. not at this place!

Great doctor, office staff, and environment, very happy! doctor is very attentive and competant, very gentle and listens to his patients. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. would recommend this office to anyone!

I don't think it matters how good a doctor is if his office staff don't know how to do their job and don't treat customers right. The doctor needs to be aware of what is going on in his office.
All I know is that we were overcharged for services and if it wasn't for us looking up the prices online and contacting the insurance company we wouldn't have known.
The bill we received contained codes that couldn't even be located on the insurance company's website. Obviously using vague codes that aren't associated with the insurance company's known prices!
And when they were caught, they promised a refund of 'mistaken' charges and that didn't happen either. We had to go to the office personally to get the extra charges refunded back. Plus, when we asked for our files, we were told we had to pay for x-rays claiming they don't charge insurance company for them!!! Really?! Ok, we paid for these to be copied and mailed to us. To this day, about 6 or 7 weeks later, we have not received them yet and when called to ask about it we were told they hadn't sent it since we had to pay for it first! They forgot that they had charged us for them! The worst of it is that they take us for total idiots & keep lying

I went there for cleaning twice a year. In my opinion, he was very fast, so I am not sure whether he cleaned my teeth thouroghly. I also did a crown there. one month after my crown, I went back to his office because I can't use that tooth at all. he did X-ray and free check on my teeth, and then recommend me to take Claritin. according to him, since I have allergies in spring, the nerve under my tooth make me feel pain. the claritin will remove my pain by getting rid of the sympotom of allergies. I did take any medicine, and simply let it sit there. then in the summer, my tooth is good. I don't feel pain any more. right now, the spring is coming, and I am afraid that the tooth will begin to give me another round of pain again.

Doctor and his hygienest do the sloppiest work I have ever had by any dentist. I see he had a warning from the state of Texas dental board a few years ago. I'm not surprised.
