I'm sad to say but doctor Van Leeuwen has passed away and his practice is no longer open. Jim was my father and was a very personal doctor. He saw every one of his patients as a family friend. He will be very missed in the medical community.

Dr. Vanleeuwen is very very conscientious. I have been going to him for many years and he schedules his appointments so that there is virtually no waiting time. He does excellent work.
