He is so good at what he does. He explains everything he is doing so I understood completely what was going on. He is so personable and makes me feel like we are really good friends. The most impressive thing he has done in my eyes, was call me after hours on a weekend to see how I was doing after a major procedure he performed. He clearly cares about his patients and it shows. I have even felt comfortable enough with him to talk to him about personal things because I wanted his advice, because he has so much wisdom . He is clearly a man with high morals and humility... He is patient, understanding , warm, caring, etc. The best dentist I have EVER had. His shots dont hurt either!

Dr. Hair is AMAZING! He is so friendly & personable, & since I began going to him I've never had a thing to worry about. Compared to other dentists in the area I feel his pricing is standard & fair if not even a bit lower than the bigger guys (who I'd been with for many years). He's fair in his pricing & has been quite flexible in working with me to pay down a large balance from a few crowns & cavities I had done. As far as treatment, he's always up front about what needs to be done & I don't feel he's ever forced me to do procedures that aren't necessary yet (while giving me the option to do it early if I'd like). I always feel safe & comfortable in the office, & they always remember me which makes me feel like I matter as a patient. They explain every step along the way (b/c I want to know!! lol) & indulge me in all my questions & concerns. Even the things that are unavoidable (the painful pinching local anesthetic shot) is done much less painful than my prior two dentists. Referrals for services he doesn't provide (root canals) were to great doctors, with no problems. Dr. Hair & friends also give great advice on where improvement is needed. Overall I love Dr. Hair & would recommend him to ANYONE!
About Front Desk: Kendra is amazing- she is so helpful & takes the time to explain insurance billing in a way I can understand. She maintains a friendly & professional persona despite being swamped with all front office work (including AP, AR, Phones, insurance billing, etc.) which is a huge feat, & to do it all with a smile? Amazing!

About Hygienist: 5 stars - I've had 3 or 4 different ones over the years and they are all very good. I get lots of build-up on my teeth so its never easy but I always leave with smooth, clean teeth.

Did an excellent job on my veneers, and other dental work. However, he tends to be very expensive, and is never clear as to how much a certain procedure will cost. With one procedure, after his examination, I was told the entire process would cost X amount of dollars, and I paid it right then. Then at the first visit for the procedure I was told there must have been a mistake and I had to pay more. So I paid, and was told the whole procedure was paid for. Then it happened again and for some reason I again paid more at the next visit. Then when I showed up for the last visit I was told I still owed more. I was furious, and canceled the appointment. Well, a while later my family said he felt there had been a misunderstanding, and we could work out a discount. So I saw him, and he looked at my teeth, took two x-rays, and said we needed to make an appointment to do the work. I was surprised, but made an appointment anyway. I then asked his receptionist who asked him if I owed anything for that days visit they said no, but then two days later I recieved a bill for $91, $32 of which was just for looking at my teeth, the rest was for the x-rays. So now I get to deal with that.
