It was a very pleasant experience. He explained everything as he went along, I was taken as soon as I arrived, it was painless, everyone was very friendly, the office is extremely clean. I was given a goody bag with bottled water, lip moisturizer and motrin for pain and discomfort, but I did not need to take the motrin. Dr. Gustavson even called me that evening to see how I was doing! It was very expensive but worth the extra money.
